Account

Learning materials

Luveng provides materials and tools for learning English words, mini-dialogues, short stories, spaced repetition, AI conversation practice, and exercises. The service helps users learn, but it does not guarantee a specific result because results depend on study consistency and the user level.

User words and materials

Users may add their own words, lists, and other learning data. Users must not add illegal, harmful, offensive, spammy, or rights-infringing content. Users are responsible for the materials they add to their account.

Paid features

For paid features, the price, access period, product contents, and payment terms are shown before payment. Payment may be processed by an external payment provider. Access to digital features normally opens after successful payment.

Refunds and payment issues

Requests about refunds, mistaken charges, duplicate payments, missing access, or technical problems must be sent through the contact form. We review requests using payment and account data. If the payment provider sets additional refund rules, those rules also apply.

Prohibited actions

Users must not attempt to hack the website, bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service, use automated requests without permission, distribute harmful code, send spam, copy materials in bulk, or violate the rights of other users.
